General Booking and Cancellation Terms

Booking: The booking of the villa is considered valid only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. In case of failure to pay the balance by the due date, the booking will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the booking:

Cancellations made up to 21 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% refund of the deposit paid.

Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will result in no refund of the deposit.

Changes to Booking: Any changes to the booking, including changes in dates of stay, are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Changes must be communicated at least 21 days prior to the arrival date.

Non-Payment: In the event of non-payment by the guest as per the agreed terms, the booking will be automatically canceled, and the deposit paid will not be refunded.

Force Majeure: In the case of extraordinary and unforeseeable events, such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or other force majeure causes, the booking may be canceled or postponed without penalty, subject to timely communication.
